We were talking the staff room today about recipes.
A quick and cheap pasta recipe is to add garlic, onion and bacon to a pan with a bit of oil in it.
Gentle brown this all up.
While this is happening, cook off some type of pasta as per instructions on packet, could dried, fresh, ravioli ...
Get a tin of tomatoes and puree these up.
Add to the pan, simmer to reduce a bit.
Add the pasta.
Add extra olives, fresh (or dried) basil, grate parmesan on top.
Hi Mary. Tonight we have a workshop on wikis! But it might just as well be a review seeing as very few in the group appear to be practicing through the week. The workshop starts t 6pm as usual, but I will be about 30-40 minutes late as my flight gets in just before 6. Looking forward to seeing everyone, and hearing how last week went.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary, been checking out your blog site. Looks very good. Did you make the cake in your profile photo? Good luck with your site.
